These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Safety Insight Hub (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Beta service

Safety Insight Hub is currently in beta. The Service is provided free of charge, features may change or be removed without notice, and it is not intended to serve as a system of record for regulatory recordkeeping (for example, OSHA 300/300A/301 logs).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other organizations' data, uploading malicious content, or interfering with normal operation.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Safety Insight Hub assists with safety management but does not replace professional judgement or regulatory compliance review.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or if we discontinue the beta.
